You are warmly invited to join us in a Reflexology Workshop where we will discover together that Reflexology is more than just points on your foot.

Our walk tells a story and imprints the story on our foot. This course focuses on revealing the story our feet are telling us., how the past is imprinted and what’s going on now.

Seeing and understanding what our feet are trying to tell us is fascinating and can reveal physical, emotional, and spiritual clues as to who we are and where our feet are leading us!!!

07:00 Feminine Chi Kung + meditation
08:30 Breakfast
10:00 Reflexology class
13:00 Lunch
18:00 Group Massage of the 4 elements
19:00 Dinner
