Pedra do Sabià is a place dedicated to the gathering and research of the different ways to be in relation with nature.
This remarkable reserve connects with the park of Conduru and is part of a larger local movement to preserve the natural habitat of the Atlantic rain forest.
Even though the majority of the land is dedicated to preservation, Pedra do Sabià is a working farm that supports local families by producing cacao, tropical fruits and organic vegetables.
It is also a retreat center located on the banks of the river Rio de Contas and is surrounded by fabulous landscape including a large lake supplied by numerous sources from the domain.
The presence and the memory of the local inhabitants are equally important and unique. This is why we have established The Franco-Brazilian NGO to create the Rosas dos Ventos school that hosts more than 60 students. Additionally, the NGO is working on communitarian projects which promote a stable and respectful development of the environment.
